He was running extremely late. When they talked on the phone he told her that he would be over her place by 10 pm. Now here it was almost 11 pm and he has yet to say a word. She glaces at her phone just hoping for a text message, a phone call, anything that would tell her that he isn’t dead and that he is safe and on his way back to her. The clock struck 11 pm exactly, she was about to call him hoping he would answer so she could see if he was okay and then give him a piece of her mind, but before the girl could get a chance she heard a knock on her window. A sigh of relief would escape her lips, before her crawling through her window was Peter Parker, otherwise known as Spiderman. He wore that same goofy smile that could warm her heart, although it was counteracted by all the cuts and bruises that decorated his body. He hissed when her small hands touched the cut that was under his eye,❝ ——- Peter…❞ She knew this was part of the path he chose, but it was still painful for her to see the man she loved constantly covered in wounds,❝ ——- You were late and you didn’t call me, you know how worried I was about you!? — Here let me get my first aid kit to help clean these wounds.❞
